Olivia was a happy, healthy six month-old baby when doctors discovered that she had an enlarged heart. She then waited 100 days in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for a heart transplant. Olivia is now 17-years-old and her family releases two balloons every September on the anniversary of her transplant, one to honor Olivia and one to honor her heart donor, Ashley. This September marked 16 years since her heart transplant!
